By registering and using our platform, you agree to these Terms &amp; Conditions. Please read carefully before using the website or mobile application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Nature of the Platform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tutfix este un <strong>pia\u021b\u0103 online<\/strong> that connects Buyers (clients) and Sellers (service providers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix <strong>is not<\/strong> itself a service provider and does not guarantee results, quality, or outcomes of any service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All negotiations, agreements, and work are strictly between Buyers and Sellers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix only provides the technological infrastructure, payment processing, and dispute resolution mechanism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Accounts &amp; User Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Users must provide <strong>true, complete, and accurate information<\/strong> when creating an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users are responsible for keeping login credentials <strong>confidential and secure<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users must be at least <strong>18 years old<\/strong> (or of legal contracting age in their country).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix reserves the right to <strong>suspend, restrict, or close accounts<\/strong> in cases of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fraud,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>misuse of the platform,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>policy violations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or illegal activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Taxe \u0219i pl\u0103\u021bi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tutfix taxe:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10% tax\u0103 de serviciu<\/strong> from Sellers, deducted from each completed order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0% service fee<\/strong> from Buyers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seller subscription plans: <strong>Free Trial<\/strong>, <strong>Argint<\/strong>, <strong>Aur<\/strong>, <strong>Diamant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fees and subscription pricing may change at any time. Updates will be published on the official <strong>Pre\u021buri \u0219i condi\u021bii<\/strong> pagin\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix may retain funds temporarily in <strong>escrow<\/strong> until project completion is confirmed by the Buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Abonamente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sellers must choose a subscription plan to access certain features (e.g., creating services, bidding on projects).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions are <strong>prepaid, recurring, and non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not refund past payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Orders, Delivery, Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyers must review all project details carefully before placing an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sellers must deliver services as agreed and on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Odat\u0103 ce o comand\u0103 este marcat\u0103 ca <strong>livrat<\/strong> and accepted, it cannot be canceled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund requests may only be initiated through the <strong>Tutfix dispute system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix evaluates refund\/dispute cases based on:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>communication records,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>evidence provided,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and platform policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before requesting Tutfix intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Disputes &amp; Resolution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a conflict arises, either party may file a dispute with Tutfix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix will review all facts, proofs, and communication history.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix\u2019s decision is <strong>final and binding<\/strong> for both parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix is not a court of law; our role is to ensure fair resolution within the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Liability &amp; Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tutfix is <strong>not liable<\/strong> for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>service quality,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>delays,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damages,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or disputes between Buyers and Sellers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Seller is solely responsible for the service delivered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Buyer is solely responsible for providing clear and accurate requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix\u2019s role is limited to providing the platform and payment\/dispute infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Compliance with Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All users must comply with applicable laws, including <strong>tax obligations and invoicing requirements<\/strong> in their jurisdiction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix may request proof of business registration, tax information, or identity documents for Sellers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tutfix does not provide tax advice. Each Seller is responsible for reporting their own income.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Changes to Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tutfix reserves the right to update these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates will be posted on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
