💰 2. Fees & Revenue Model

  • Tutfix taxează o 10% taxă de serviciu from Sellers for each completed order.
  • Tutfix charges 0% fee from Buyers.
  • Sellers may also subscribe to premium plans: Free, Silver, Gold, Diamond.
  • Fees and subscription terms may change. Updates will always be published on the Prețuri și condiții pagină.

🤝 3. Platform Responsibility

  • Tutfix este un piață online only.
  • Tutfix does not guarantee results, quality, or service outcomes.
  • Responsibility rests with the Vânzător to deliver services and with the Cumpărător to provide accurate requirements.
  • Tutfix provides:
    • secure payment processing (escrow),
    • dispute resolution,
    • messaging and account features.

💳 4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once marked as livrat.
  • Refunds are not automatic. They are handled through Tutfix’s dispute resolution team, based on:
    • communication records,
    • evidence submitted,
    • compliance with platform rules.
  • Both Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to first attempt to resolve issues mutually.

    • ensure platform functionality,
    • remember user preferences,
    • analyze traffic (Google Analytics),
