  • Data is used only to operate the platform, connect Buyers and Sellers, and improve our services.
  • Tutfix does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only when:

    • or for fraud prevention and security.
  • Users have full GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection.

💰 2. Fees & Revenue Model

  • Tutfix charges a 10% service fee from Sellers for each completed order.
  • Tutfix charges 0% fee from Buyers.
  • Sellers may also subscribe to premium plans: Free, Silver, Gold, Diamond.
  • Fees and subscription terms may change. Updates will always be published on the Pricing & Terms page.

🤝 3. Platform Responsibility

  • Tutfix is an online marketplace only.
  • Tutfix does not guarantee results, quality, or service outcomes.
  • Responsibility rests with the Seller to deliver services and with the Buyer to provide accurate requirements.
  • Tutfix provides:
    • secure payment processing (escrow),
    • dispute resolution,
    • messaging and account features.

💳 4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once marked as delivered.
  • Refunds are not automatic. They are handled through Tutfix’s dispute resolution team, based on:
    • communication records,
    • evidence submitted,
    • compliance with platform rules.
  • Both Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to first attempt to resolve issues mutually.
