Welcome to Tutfix (https://tutfix.com). By registering and using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using the website or mobile application.

1. Nature of the Platform

  • Tutfix is an online marketplace that connects Buyers (clients) and Sellers (service providers).
  • Tutfix is not itself a service provider and does not guarantee results, quality, or outcomes of any service.
  • All negotiations, agreements, and work are strictly between Buyers and Sellers.
  • Tutfix only provides the technological infrastructure, payment processing, and dispute resolution mechanism.

2. Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide true, complete, and accurate information when creating an account.
  • Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and secure.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old (or of legal contracting age in their country).
  • Tutfix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close accounts in cases of:
    • fraud,
    • misuse of the platform,
    • policy violations,
    • or illegal activities.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Tutfix charges:
    • 10% service fee from Sellers, deducted from each completed order.
    • 0% service fee from Buyers.
  • Seller subscription plans: Free Trial, Silver, Gold, Diamond.
  • Fees and subscription pricing may change at any time. Updates will be published on the official Pricing & Terms page.
  • Tutfix may retain funds temporarily in escrow until project completion is confirmed by the Buyer.

4. Subscriptions

  • Sellers must choose a subscription plan to access certain features (e.g., creating services, bidding on projects).
  • Subscriptions are prepaid, recurring, and non-refundable.
  • Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

5. Orders, Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Buyers must review all project details carefully before placing an order.
  • Sellers must deliver services as agreed and on time.
  • Once an order is marked as delivered and accepted, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refund requests may only be initiated through the Tutfix dispute system.
  • Tutfix evaluates refund/dispute cases based on:
    • communication records,
    • evidence provided,
    • and platform policies.
  • Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before requesting Tutfix intervention.

6. Disputes & Resolution

  • If a conflict arises, either party may file a dispute with Tutfix.
  • Tutfix will review all facts, proofs, and communication history.
  • Tutfix’s decision is final and binding for both parties.
  • Tutfix is not a court of law; our role is to ensure fair resolution within the platform.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Tutfix is not liable for:
    • service quality,
    • delays,
    • damages,
    • or disputes between Buyers and Sellers.
  • The Seller is solely responsible for the service delivered.
  • The Buyer is solely responsible for providing clear and accurate requirements.
  • Tutfix’s role is limited to providing the platform and payment/dispute infrastructure.

8. Compliance with Law

  • All users must comply with applicable laws, including tax obligations and invoicing requirements in their jurisdiction.
  • Tutfix may request proof of business registration, tax information, or identity documents for Sellers.
  • Tutfix does not provide tax advice. Each Seller is responsible for reporting their own income.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Tutfix reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updates will be posted on the website.
  • Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
